Micromanagement, not much employee friendly policies, 9hrs mandatory clock in even if you dont have work, approval for everything, people respect & respond to you based on your designation

It was an overall good experience working at Syntel. Had very good leaders who assisted me and groomed me for 5 years.Could have been better place to work if they could cut down lot of their stringent work policies
