• Gather and analyse business requirements for BI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Connect to various data sources, transform data, and create data models.
• Optimize dashboards with a focus on usability and performance.
• Implement row-level security on data and understand application security layers in Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs.
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI.

Skills:

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.

Strong expertise in DAX and Power Query (M language).

Proficient in creating complex dashboards using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Mobile.

Should be able to reverse engineer Tableau Reports\Dashboards

Experience with data modelling, ETL, and data integration from multiple sources.

Good Knowledge in Synapse Analytics, Delta tables to work independently on Stored Procedures, Materialized views, Query Optimization.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills to interact with business users.

[Optional] Experience with Power BI Copilot and AI-powered analytics is a plus.
