At first I want to let all know I am not part of this company. What will you say for a company which during COVID-19 instead of supporting is laying off without salary and expecting them to survive without food and money.

Dislikes

There should be something to like to dislike. What will you say for a company which works on Hire and fire policy. Employ Experienced and then fire them and use their documents to get jobs from clients.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is a lot of political pressure within the working area and the management avoids our issues. Salary is okay with no hiking and the career growth is very little. On job training was not given in a proper manner and the manager himself thinks that he is the Godfather of each and every employee and decides the future of employees. Moreover, the leave policy is not clear at all.
