Owner of the company is the only decision maker, no career/salary growth if you cant oil him. Work culture is also very bad, late night and night stay is granted here. Unnecessary work pressure is given though there is no business needs.

Work Details

couldn't feel anything without the work pressure. self learn something because of the company needs and could get some learning help from colleague to minimize their work pressure.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
