Here i am talking about ITC department,Very very poor management, Strict hybrid policies for only those employees who don’t have good connections to manager and vice president.for some employee they break this rule and gave permanent work from home .Manager doesn’t follow the hybrid policies even pmo team members also don’t follow them those who send the mail to follow the hybrid policies …Only values for old employees even new employee work hard and gave full contribution on project .
