Managers are not good and higher management is not interactive with you so you can't raise your voice. They say "Your breaks are being noticed by the higher management" while my breaks count was mostly 2-3 including lunch break. Plus they have 3 months notice period and negotiation is totally dependent upon your manager.

Never ever work in rapid research team here. Politics, favouritism will disturb your mental peace. Inspite of doing efforts still not getting appreciated because of biasness affects mental heath here.
