Likes

Servant Leadership model which enables the team member to actively contribute towards campaigns' success. Open forum for ideas which is currently underutilized by the team members to proactively provide feedback and suggestions which are handled within specific timeline.

Dislikes

Every company has areas of opportunities and Etech is no different. Operating a business with complete ownership for a company like Etech would need a strong leadership team in all functional areas who can agree to disagree and show collective accountability. Etech specifically needs to focus on the employee satisfaction and a collective effort is needed to engage the members in extra curricular activities which will definitely help the company to make remarkable difference for our customers, our team and our community....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
