I Suggest not to work here if you don't wanna spoil your career and peace of mind. Boss is good for not. He only do the planing plotting and msgs you any time to point out your mistake...which will definitely disturb your personal life and peace..Worst experience ever in my whole career. Not even a single benefit for employees. Lalacompany they will let you wait for years to increase salary. Till the time you will not remind them again and again they will not do it... All the office SOP's are only for employee, means in the favour of owner no benifits for employee like medical, PF even they are ready to deduct from the salary for five minutes delay also, all the time they focuses on cameras and their detectives to to get information about you and to capture your activity.
