Bad infrastructure Bad culture They won't give you any offer letter, no salary slip, nothing. They will Hold your salary if you don't meet their targets They won't give you salary and incentives after you resign No fuel in td cars Non supportive staff Kindly avoid this place

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
