Micromanagement, you are not allowed to share your opinions, no credit, lots of stress. You have to work on all tasks which belongs to manager. Manager also harass you and make you feel dumb when you don't know anything. And there's zero recognition, also we have 33 leaves per year, and we cannot take any leave without speaking/planning with manager. So basically your manager needs to prepare your vacation plan.
