Dislikes

- HR is too laid back and HR processes are time consuming. I was given offer letter 5 months after final confirmation in final round. Similarly, it's been over a month I left EY and I am yet to receive my full and final settlement related documents and payment of last served month. - Salary is not as per industry standard, especially in GPS vertical. - Switching to different projects is real tough, if you are billed in in one project. - ZERO onsite opportunities

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.
