Dislikes

There's nothing I really dislike about my current job. Working for my current company has allowed me to improve my skills and learn new tasks, I'm grateful for those opportunities. I'm applying for this job because working remotely has become challenging for me.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
