This company is made with full of politics. There is nothing to learn beside the politics. Anybody can loose his own/previous experience if joins here.

I worked there because i did not want to be a switcher. Commitment is everything to me which i did with the company to work with them for long but just bcoz of the politics, i could not stay there for so long as expected.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
