South Indian dominance. You were not given the freedom to work your way. Too much monitoring about your travel, travel location, and what you are working on, and mostly again it was cross-verified with customers. Work sometimes becomes a burden and too much pressure on sales execution. Stock availability of the product/consumables is the worst part - so you must face the customer always and have to bend down several times in front of the customer. Which was a major hurdle in Job. Service staff handling company products is really worse including the Director of Service Division. Many sales Reps suffered and in fact, many got sued by customers due to these service people's attitude and work style....Read More
