Dont keep any expectations on hike. They will not hike your salary even your working is good. There will be a partiality in providing hike.

entomo is good in terms of learning especially for beginners but the management is underqualified thus increasing attrition and poor quality of products.

Dislikes

favoritism , under qualified managers, low quality products, zero transportation facilities, no work life balance , no ontime salary .
