In some way Management needs to think about employees compensations, bonus, incentives and their work life balance too, which is missing at some extent.

Flexibility of work, freedom to work on own.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrifying without any benifits and compensation for leaves is not here as we all as no formal training for new joinees.

Work Details

As it was my first Job, and thus have some issue initially as there was no formal training sessions for new employees and have to learn about firm and work as we during work only. I got chance to put foot on multiple shoes working at Enhnacer Solutions.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
