Politics and communication gap between Team and seniors, Seniors try to impose their own rules outside the company policy. And they continuously spoil the environment in the work place, that many reasons new comers will not want to work here at all. Because there is a lot of monopoly of people who have been working here for a long time..

I regret to say that my experience with Prime->Excellarate ->Encora has been extremely disappointing. The HR department is unresponsive and consistently fails to provide timely updates. Throughout my career, I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism and reliability. they do not adhere to the assurances they give, making the whole process frustrating and untrustworthy. The company seems stagnant, with little to no opportunities for career advancement or financial growth. There is no progress in terms of work or salary. This lack of progress is demotivating and does not encourage long term commitment. I would not recommend this company, (specially Hyderabad location) based on my experience....Read More

- Close to my Home. - Easy commute through Bangalore Metro - Work from Home option/ Hybrid available

- Not enough of Trainings/ upgrading of skills. - You only get Lunch in cafeteria. You don't get breakfast/snack items, this leads to leaving the premises and spending more time/money outside which does not lead to efficient time utilization.

Team is supporting in nature. Higher level authority are very friendly and not much pressure on employees. Also free healthy food and unlimited coffe tea are there.

As a fresher I didn't see any thing bad till now. But compensation and promotion wise it's not good. I am always scared of job security here.
