So many skill development programs are conducting by them. It is very good program to learn new things.

Recently, Excellarate is merged with encora . And encora did not provided the job security to the new joiners. Even they not give any option to secure the job. Fired all the new joiners belongs to vizag organization. No alternate solution provided and telling reason as they don't have projects in pipeline. How shame it is? How they recruited us if they dnt have projects? I lost all my other job opportunities and they kept me idle for few months and merged the excellarate company in encora, finally they said sorry. This is happened to me in this recession time. What they said in interview is false( they told that they are looking for a space for starting new oraganization, it takes 3 months time). After 3 months they fired us. Seems like, for merging purpose only they recruited not for an employment....Read More
