I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Empower Designs Pvt Ltd one of best celectricla consultancy company in pune i have got good work experiance in this company in 2 years and good work environment in company ..it is a small scall business company.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Company is decent but daily work pressure is very high and daly i have to work for 14 to 15 hours in a day and directors don not value individual straight and moslty i handled all over industrial account without any assistant.
