Empower Designs Pvt Ltd one of best celectricla consultancy company in pune i have got good work experiance in this company in 2 years and good work environment in company ..it is a small scall business company.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Company is decent but daily work pressure is very high and daly i have to work for 14 to 15 hours in a day and directors don not value individual straight and moslty i handled all over industrial account without any assistant.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
