It was a great experience while working with Emitac. I really enjoyed as a part of my team because the teammates are very good and they actually work as a team. They are supportive and always ready to transfer required process knowledge which helped me to improve myself to become successful in my job role. This is 40 year old Group of companies which is running successfully in UAE, there is 100% stability and security of job at Emitac. As I am working here from last 4 years when i joined i was doing 1 specific role, however every year i got the opportunity to learn new role within team due to which now i have complete process knowledge. Work life is very much balanced at Emitac due to its work culture....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
