Terrible company to work with. Non supportive staffs seniors. Work life balance is NIL. Value less company with inhuman culture. No job security. No client variety and skill development scope is zero.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
