I don’t believe in looking into any negative aspects of anything. Bright light always takes away darkness. So, I always focus on the positive instincts i.e., the bright light instead of negative i.e., darkness.

I am working here as a Technical Intern, and to my observation what I have seen is that employees are encouraged to perform best and develop entrepreneurial ability and multi-tasking skills. Superiors never demotivate on failures. They give out well constructive feedback to us so that we could work on our drawbacks. It’s the best company to work in my opinion. Sometimes, there is a lot of work, and it becomes challenging to handle and manage all of it at a time.

Earlier, we used to have outdoor activities quite regularly. However, it stopped during the pandemic as work from home was made compulsory then. There was no choice. At least I missed the outdoor activities badly then. It is nice to hang out along with the colleagues. Many of them are my friends now. But safety was top priority then & that was provided.

If one comes up with ideas or any innovative thing, you are not just listened to, but your innovation is valued and rewarded as well! Even though it might not be useful immediately. They consider the efforts put in. The management guys over here are highly knowledgeable, humble and caring.

Onsite opportunity do not come just like that. You have to prove your worth. Fair enough from the organization point of view.

Company encourages its employees to take on skill upgradation certifications. Also, whatever are the course fees will be straight way reimbursed back to you after you complete your certification program. Good initiative by the company.
