Some good and interesting employee engagement activities are conducted here such as team building acts, fun filled events & competitions, rewards & recognition to honor excellent performers, and so on. Due to such activities, we all have developed good professional bond among us.

Not sure but have heard about it that some try to deploy micromanagement to get their work done quickly.

After covid outbreak there was fear about losing our job. Atleast I was a bit skeptical. But they put an end to our fear by allowing us work from home. Thus we came to know that our job was secure. Also, we got a safe and secure env. to work. Salary is paid on time during work from home as well. So, don’t have to worry much on the financial front. A big thanks to the management.

Dislikes

Insurance cover is there, but extended family of the employees is not covered. I have heard that they are working on it and could extend the cover. I really hope that it happens.
