The company has been positioned in a manner that collaboration in the execution of work. The company gives adequate training to trainees before they are deployed to vary stations. in terms of salary the organization pays well.

Dislikes

The working environment is not all that conducive. For politics, it is one the challenges the company is facing.

Very challenging by doing internal auditing, checking pay in slips with Bank statements, doing Bank conciliation Statements, writting of Debit and Credit Notes, opening and closing of jobs, requisition and indent writting etc

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
