No clear vision, mission, and direction from the director of the company. They don't have any HR policies. They don't even provide an employee with basic things like on time monthly salary payments, salary payslips, insurance. They will cut different amount every month from your salary without any notice and expect employees to not ask for the reasons. On top of that they will never give you your experience letters after leaving the company....Read More
