Ekodus has become my first company as US IT Recruiter. According to me it is one of the best companies.

Dislikes

Ekodus family must try to understand each employee has different psychology towards work. So, Ekodus should make a balanced bridge between employee and employer to get good results for success and achievements.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
