The concept, the location at JBR, the menu, the value for money.

Dislikes

No management structure followed. No scope of growth and development programs. Very biased management. No operation structure. No appraisal system. No performance evaluation. All one man opinion based decision. No respect towards staff, working hours, staff meal. Rude behaviour and personal attacks made if questioned. No company policy documented.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
