Work-life balance and flexible working hours. Lot of scope to develop skills with guidance and Mutua knowledge sharing between inter departments and colleagues

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Likes

Company's business model and thought process is good. AiOT technology in place to enhance personal skill and knowledge. But, lack of vision and mission may leads to down trend in future. Need to figure out strengths and weakness for sustainable growth.

Working culture and poor communication. Lots of gossips and disgrace within cross functional teams
