The Main Director of the company is not available Kind of on paper Director, Managed by someone else or not a part of the company. During the time of Vendor payment, the all are unavailable at that time. They told their employees to manage vendors without payment. If the Director is available in the office, you are not allowed to go home even if your working hours are over. Usually Director gets to the office within 30 min when working hours are over & mostly 9-9:30 PM they go to home then employees can wait till the Director if they have work or not....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
