Not paying properly, no training as fresher direct field work, an employee can't work under multiple bosses.. (partners). Worst communication gap & decision making. Planned for large scale fast growth with no funds..Leads to not paying their employees.. and finally cornering their employees by finding silly mistakes in their report and work done if we ask for salary or try to relieve from job.. giving false promise like providing bonus, increment, promoting along with company growth etc.. I'm not sure about the current situation.. but still my petrol convince of rs4500 and one month salary of my colleague is yet to be paid.(its almost 3 months we relieved from their) As a middle class people we work for salary.. when they are not paying us properly and trying to steal our resources it hurts.As I discussed my previous employers also experienced the same.
