I like the Ecological Laboratories as it's a one of the textile testing laboratory in Mumbai.

Dislikes

There is a list. From year 2018 management has changed and company is facing so many problems since then. Management has no cooperation with employees. They treat employees like a slave. Earlier tea time was there but after they denied to go to canteen as tea machine was uninstalled. No proper cleaning is been done as sweeping person are on contract basis. Not a single person stay for sweeping for more than one month. Dirty washrooms. Employees do cleaning themselves. The so called general manager gives fail reports as pass. She is manipulating the results. Other than textiles she do all other components tests like utensils, food without any proper set up. No increament since past few year. No promotion since past 6 to 7 years. No salary slips. Not any meetings are conducted. They take all the testing material to home.
