Worst Work Environment, I experienced in my life. It was my first job ever. In initial 2-3 months they will be behaving like they are the best managers in the world they are so caring. They will keep the fix rotational time . But after 2-3 months they keep all the existing times in 1 week only. For example - if today my shift time is 12:30 am to 9:30am my tomorrow's shift will be 6:30pm to 3:30am or 4:30 to 1:30am . Like seriously??? And also in the work load they won't give us break time to time . If I will be 5 mins late because of customer. They will blame us for dragging the chat and we will miss our breaks and now We have to wait for more 2 hours. Or sometimes if we are having shift time of 4:30 our first break will be at 9:30pm. Like seriously??? What we gonna do till then . Why should we starve due to LAT team requirement. Also they adjust our weekoffs without our permission then they just say that," hum aapke liye break times adjust karte hai . Toh aap ye hamare liye karo na. ". Seriously man I was so done with the company and they are literally pressurizing us with their behaviour and sales target. I understand sales target is also important. Very very poor management even higher level too. HR also taking side from managers and higher management. Very low pay, performance bonus only favourate employees. No policy benefit Lot's of politics this all are financial markets vartical specially for Pune

Rigid in terms of flexibility, Poor Hiring Standards, Excess Red Tapism, Evident and unnecessary politics and bias at the work place, Working for Foreign accounts and the entire training is in Hindi, incompetent Trainers, affairs....Awfully Workplace, wouldn't recommended to anyone!

Worst Work Environment Ever! Working at this company was nothing short of a nightmare. The work culture is toxic, oppressive, and downright disrespectful to employees. It's almost as if you are treated like a prisoner. Employees have no rights, no voice, and are constantly pressured to conform without any support from the management. If something is wrong, do not expect help or understanding - the management's only concern is making sales, even if that means lying to customers. For freshers it's an amazing platform to learn. You will learn subject perfectly. Just get the job and learn the subject and there Will be one year bond for everyone. You will get joining bonus too

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike but if there is EMEA shift it will be better. It's a completely NAM shift. Atleast rotational shift makes comfortable. There is no rotational shift. This is the only drawback.

Dislikes

Lack of peers and management support, unclear expectation at the time of joining and afterwards. No support to sustain in the role. High politics. Not a healthy environment to work. One advice, if you are a person who know how to mold words, things and manipulative then join else avoid it. Otherwise this will cost your career.

Don't understand how Sr. managers apgms allowed to handle process remotely and treat apms and employees like hell. How they can judge someone remotely and blame all negative part of the process on new joiners. Then through out the APMs who are backbone of any process. No job security. They plan to take new lead in the process, blameall negative things on him and final through him after one year, the cycle continues....Read More
