Everything, nothing is good about this organisation I must say, they don't even think about thier employees, worst management, transport, HR, etc. Do not join such companies just to ruin your life. You can't even learn single thing here..they don't know what they are doing.. The employees who completed 10+ years in eclerx are most unsecure one, for their position and salary.

Team seated in another Location and one person work for there team. Very hard to work alone without any support and when we try to reach out to that team we are not getting satisfied ans.

The KM team tries its best in whatever way possible to get you ready for working in investment banking operations. They only do it because they know the level of candidates they've hired. Good exposure of the entire trade life cycle if you're working in IB operations - multiple accounts with them mainly ubs, jp, citi.

Dislikes

The people they hire. HR could be the biggest reason for the company's recent downfall. Employees here have a very casual approach and nothing here is systemic. Filled with freshers. Company would benefit if they reduce attrition rate by paying their employees well.

eClerx is the best platfom for fresher for learning perspective, and they can develop their skills and knowledge related to the process.

Dislikes

Chargeable Cab facility, Hiring fresher directly to a managerial position, salary and perks benifit, increment very less.

This review is not for whole eClerx. It is only for specific process and the sr. managers. How worst they treat to all employees. Still the CEO not taking action.

Don't understand how Sr. managers apgms allowed to handle process remotely and treat apms and employees like hell. How they can judge someone remotely and blame all negative part of the process on new joiners. Then through out the APMs who are backbone of any process. No job security. They plan to take new lead in the process, blameall negative things on him and final through him after one year, the cycle continues....Read More

All the things of eclerx work enivornment and culture totally waste. HR- completely waste PM- totally waste don’t know any thing about process SPM, AGPM and above level management also waste. My Suggestion to everyone please don’t choose Eclerx’s as a carrier instead of Eclerx’s go to some other company.
