There are a few good colleagues.

The work culture is extremely like a KPO... Too much micro management, uptight heirarchies, impatient and unempathetic management. They will hire people for one location, but due to lack of projects, will force them to go to different cities. The managers don't want employees to utilize any of their leaves.
