eClerx is a good platform to start your career and stay for an year or 2. There are certain learning programs which are good.

Dislikes

This company does not value talent, honesty or hard work. If you want to survive in this company better have a great rapport with senior management and you are good to go. You can leave your talent or skills outside the gates as there is no consideration for the same. Work culture is pathetic and management is doomed. Even expectantladies or severely sick people are not spared and can be asked to come to office at any point of time and nobody will listen to griviences. Salaries are disaster....Read More
