Dislikes

Some decisions are not taken with caring the situation of the employee. This becomes very risky to plan anything. Because you will get the information only at the last moment and you dont have much time to prepare. For.example relocation.

Management is very humble, hardworking and is interested to know if you enjoy the work and have kept communication free with them. The atmosphere is good. Work gives one good global exposure.

Dislikes

Sometimes I think the management expects one to work 100% efficiency to give every day 9 hours. Daily work hours are 9.5 hours including lunch (0.5hr) so it's technically 5.5-day work week. Holidays are few compared to other MNC's.

Very good work culture with zero politics, friendly relationship in all employees, staff is having very supporting and kind nature very good management who puts efforts to maintain all these.
