Companies are full of Politics and only some which buttering to higher people get work freedom. salary hikes are not good. only individual health policy is present not for wife and dependents.since the company is in service sector, this company charges customer on working hour basis due to this if a customer dines an order job security is in danger. and need to justify the working hours to customers. in short company does not have technical expertise on man power supply is core business. so before joining this company ask for health policy, 2nd core business, 3rd job security, 4th new technological opportunities if you are good without the above point can take your own decision....Read More
