I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

I have been facing several significant issues with this company. Firstly, there have been repeated delays in salary payments, which have created financial stress. Moreover, the company withheld my salary for 18 days when I was on medical leave, despite providing all necessary documentation.The work environment is also problematic, with excessive internal politics and mind games that hinder productivity and create a stressful atmosphere.
