The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technical skills, I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable, high quality clients base, As a result my colleagues come from various firms backgrounds pure logistics, eCommerce sectors & we work happily in collaboration I also like the employee re-hire policy here..at a glance its too much good concern for all.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, growth too much high, the work pressure is very high, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence my boss like me to guide me step by step which is a glad for me.

Generally my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire operations & distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations pitching for my company as a manger operation, As long as I get to work closely with my CEO.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
