Lack of skills in management and as a startup they don't have any roadmap and patience for the progress in company has no marketing to get a project is extremely tough for this company which results in lack of opportunity for both employees and as a company too much politics by unskilled employees even if you give idea a senior member feels unsecure if some is more talented than him corruption is full by few members and the best thing the boss doesn't know how corrupted a senior member is which hampers in getting a good project...Read More
