flexible time to work and there is not the senior person to teach you, we have to do more R&D so we can learn more. and Neeraj and Mayaka these guys are a very kind person, they will treat you like a best friend.

Dislikes

once your work completed, they will terminate you without notice and pay scale is very less. and they won't give more impotence to software related work. because they are from CA background.

Work Details

I built there own product from scratch. using .Net ,MVC. i got very good work experience from that company. I was working like day and night. I delivered 90% product... after that, they terminated me without notice.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
