The compensation provided was not aligned with the workload or expectations, which often led to a lack of motivation. There was significant micromanagement and no emphasis on work-lifebalance, making it challenging to maintain personal well-being. Additionally, I observed favoritism towards employees who had been with the company longer or engaged in flattery, which created an unfair and discouraging environment for others.
