Poor management. (You won't find HR to be very serious at their work) No notice period even if you serve for more than a year. Keep on extending probation and finally would release without notice once their work is done.

CTO doesn't take responsibility for his actions, he'll simply blame it on the employees and move on. No Job security. you are working on a nice day and suddenly you'll get fired on the same day without reason
