I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Higher authority has lack of experience including Director to how to manage the thing & business. They are using fake PF deduction & taxes of workers. No workmen insurance facility.

All people who involve in Higher position including Director has management & business Skill is very poor. They use their employee without providing any facilities. In local areas they are using address on fake documents there is no any office in states.
