I do receive appreciation from client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals, no technical supervisor was given to me, compensation is ok but growth is slow.

Salary - Bad
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is challenging as mostly i have to look after everything and as well as manage day to day yield operations. Although i work hard but still no appraisal was given to me. Hope i will get recognized some day for all this effort.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
