Pathetic Politics of Higher Management which promotes favoritism, Useless RMGs & WFM team who never ever work, Without intimation they will release from projects, which is against the Organizational Policies but NO HR will Q' it. LOW Salaries and No Hikes. Tool Allocations, Mail Allocations won't prove your assignment on Projects. Shameless & Silent Layoffs with No reasons.

Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.

Not much, it all depends on the project you get. If you are familiar with anyone from higher management, you will get the project or else you are on your own.

I did not like company culture much. Siloed working and its always about delivery thats all. Typical bossism culture and upline management hardly cares about employee skill development. It is just about revenue, ebidta and thats all. No employee engagement

It's a bulk list they never accept my permission on PF funds so that after completing the 2 months of notice period and also after the notice period the 2 more months completed however Im still unable to claim my PF funds and the same thing I informed to my Process HR and after loads of follow ups he didn't responded me so sent a request email to the Mr. Rajat. Madaan and forwarded the trail mail with him. But he also didn't take any further serious action on his HRs team neither against the PF claims department I am completely unable to utilise my PF funds due to non acceptance by the company authorities. As fresher when I joined there so I the way that they give initial 2 months for learnings in which 1month is training period and another is OJT so that I like they give time to new candidates to learn about the process and work.

Dislikes

The leaves process is terrible they will not allow you leaves even if you have enough still they won't allow you to take leaves also the salary is too less apart from this they will mentally harass you if you want to leave the organisation.

Management is like they are running school and it's completely unprofessional. They even don't have any idea about corporate things and yet they are making decisions on behalf of employees. They include PLI as a part of CTC and anytime they can deduct or cut your PLI even after your 100% performance. You don't get appraisal however in the name of companies bad performance u can loose ur in hand salary also which is their policy. They hire for one thing and they make you to do something else. Don't fall for it, go through JD thoroughly and ask all the doubts before making any decision. They will always find a way to cut your salary be ready for it. Genuine suggestion look for other company though we know now the IT culture become worst however this company even doesn't deserve to be considered for at least 1% In short be ready to be slave of management and they can make u to act as they wish irrespective of your qualification or background....Read More
