Dislikes

Everything has a downside here was the work to life balance they won't hire another professional as your backup for your ease and comfort on leaves and absence. They will expect you to be either available on the the site as soon as possible or expect you to be on phone to fix the issue if any. In short they demanded your 24x7 availability wether physical or virtual.

Work Details

Work was exciting as I have developed my career and personal skills a lot by working for them. As I have got freedom to work I have developed my own techniques and solutions to solve the issue.
