The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global clients base.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happlyin collaboration.i also like the employee rehire policy here's

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high.meterial supply for site very slow..I have to work 14-18hours straight in a day ...at the same time I have to answer to all what's app group in working time.. can't concentrate our work too many what's app group in this company..

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
