Dislikes

Earlier there was no stipend for Graphic Designer Intern when Dojo was settling up. Maybe now, they've made some changes regarding to this.

It was pretty good. I met different person from different backgrounds, that's the best part. It was all virtual.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
